1. Bistro is pretty unique place with its modern look and design from czech design studio #najbrt
2. Bistro serves variety of meat products from hot dogs to beef tartars.
3. Butchers explained me all kinds of processes they do with their meat such as “ripening”, aging of beef.
4. Their signature piece is this meat loaf, mustard and freshly-baked bread and beef tartar.
5. This place is super agile and after an hour of morning photoshoot I didn’t want to leave the place.
